Shipping
Your ordered items will be processed within 48 hours of your purchase. In an effort to reduce overproduction, we have moved to print our photography (and new apparel products) when you place your order. This may take our products a bit longer to deliver to you but we know they’ll be worth the wait! Your print items may take 1-4 weeks after purchase to receive your prints in the United States.
All framed orders come with the print in the frame. Select one-of-a-kind framed prints are available in the store. Based on shipping times, it may take 3-10 business days after purchase to receive your framed order.
Shipping is free for all orders over $120. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
If you preorder a product or purchase a custom order, those shipping and processing times will vary.

Returns
You may return products within one month (30 days) of purchase. A return label will be included in the package in case of return. You will need to return the items by mail. You will need to pay for the shipping costs for the returned items. A full refund will be given once we receive the undamaged returned products.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH PRODUCT
We want to provide you with excellent products. If you ordered our artwork and it does not fit your space, please contact us directly to see what we can do to get a replacement. Email hello@simplisticdesignsbc.com and we will get in touch.

IT CAME DAMAGED
If your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via email with an image of the damages so we can review and work with you. Email hello@simplisticdesignsbc.com and we will get in touch.
Custom Artwork
We are continuing to add new products to our site. If you like a print or painting, but don't like the frame options, message us today to provide your input for our next frames! Looking for a different style of painting or photo? Contact us today to discuss custom artwork for your home.
Use Tax
We are a small business located in Florida. Because of this, any goods delivered outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax and individuals must remit use tax for the item to their local/state treasures.
