For advice specifically for prints, canvas, and frames:
Photographic Prints: Photographs are prone to fading with long daily exposure to sunlight. To have a longer lifetime, do not leave the photo print in areas that have more than 5 hours of direct sunlight every day. Only dust the photographs directly. Do not dampen or bend.
If you decide to store the prints, make sure to wrap them in an acid free paper that has no ink. Then, store them in a sealed container to help keep dust and moisture off.
Canvas Care: Dry-Dust Canvas with microfiber cloth only. Do not use cleaners, water, or abrasive cloths.
Frames: Dry-dust your frame or use a damp cloth for deep cleaning. Always use a fresh microfiber cloth. Paper towels and other abrasive cloths can leave scuffs on acrylic. Don't use Windex or any solution that contains ammonia. A vinegar solution should suffice.
No need to take the photo or artwork out to clean.
